Q:   How do I log in?
A: Please seek approval from the Contracts area who will contact your NMM Account Manager for access.
Q: Why can’t I order my product?
A: The most likely reason for this is that the product is classified as not orderable. This means that the user cannot order the product through Infolink they must contact their Account Manager to order it.
Q: Why can’t I see my product on the stock reports?
A: When running stock reports the user must always tick the options to view obsolete, not orderable and embargoed products to ensure they are seen.
