A: You need an NDIS email to log into the ordering portal. If you do not have an NDIS email please contact nationalproducts@ndis.gov.au.
 
Q: I can't find the product I'm looking for, where is it?
A: If you can't see the product you're looking for please contact nationalproducts@ndis.gov.au.
 
Q: What is the status of my order?
A: View your order status on the My Account tab. Click the '+' to see all order details.
